Blog-local saves

Mostly to be able to do hypothes.is annotations; this is to make sure that URL changes won't result in dangling annotations (expect when this blog's domain changes...). Originally, tried archive.org saves, but that wouldn't work with hypothes.is on Chrome on Android (it doesn't allow plugins, so the only way to do annotations on mobile is using via.hypothes.is, but archive.org loads its own widget that interferes with hypothes.is').
