Full exhaustive standard library reference?

Is there a listing and documentation of all functions in the standard library anywhere? The Learn pages on the website are very helpful as a conceptual guide but a full listing of available standard library functions is also useful. E.g. reading #700 i was surprised to see subtraction and intersection functions. I had been working on set theoretic functions internally because it wasn't clear that metta provided that in the standard library.

@nasser I have raised #817 to add ability list functions from standard library using !(help!) without parameters. Hope it helps.
