Screen brightness goes max after wake up from suspension #1414
Comments
I'm seeing something similar over on Bazzite - after monitors have turned off and turn back on again, one monitor returns to 80% brightness regardless of what I have set in the brightness widget or on the monitor itself.

Hi, @Gabryoo3. I'm Dosu, and I'm helping the bluefin team manage their backlog. I'm marking this issue as stale. Issue Summary:

Describe the bug
After the PC wakes up from suspend, the brightness goes to max despite the brightness slider stays at 30%. As I adjust the brightness, it goes to the 30% level I set. This happens also in GDM, but didn't happen in Bluefin GTS (Fedora 39)

What did you expect to happen?
Screen brightness stay at normal level after wake up
