Dr. Schwartz: Single refresh button does not work for loading new content

Thanks! When I opened it, it did not appear updated. But I made an incognito tab and it worked. Something has recently changed on our websites (including my class sites) with pages not updating without extra efforts. A regular refresh does not work.
Me: Do you know when it started happening (that way I can see what change may have caused it)?
I don't know, but likely at least 5 or 6 days ago. It may have been a change that Kawaja made (since I seem to remember talking to him about this around the time he took over our websites.
