I think we should add support for

  • ratio calculation in puma.Line2DPlot / puma.Line2D
  • error band support (+ automatically also calculating the error of the ratio)

I think we can pretty much use the implementation of puma.RocPlot/puma.Roc here. We should think about how we avoid duplicating code here.
