A forum-like structure

Okay, as this page named Ideas, I should write this one down here. Though I'm not sure it fits the roadmap. The idea is to organize conversations into some sort of a forum (like the Discussions on GitHub). So that the comment block can be considered and rendered both as an iframe block and as a separate page with it's unique address. And one more thing will be needed: the list of all threads.

That's not much of a change, but opens a lot of potential use-cases for Remark.
