Sorry, but this repo isn't actively maintained :(

Is there another place where I can report the issue?

This is the place, there is no another. This repo is not actively maintained, therefore everything stays this way until someone takes the maintenance.

Yep, the expired key is a side effect of the lack of active maintenance. Even if the key were current, all you'd see is an ungoogled-chromium package from well over a year ago---too old to be even remotely safe to use.

I am working on ending this drought, but have been spread extremely thin lately. The issue to watch for this is #343.
