i have tried everything i know to know to fix this error but nothing has proven to work. could anyone please help!!???

If possible, i would like to skip any comparisons with ground truth labels in medim_infer.py script. but i dont know how to do that too. please help!!!!!

It seems that your ground-truth label is empty. Please first check your test data.
