All properties that are not defined in YAML should be removed in ndjson at the filter command

All properties other than SOVEREIGNT should be removed if a YAML like following is passed?

記載したプロパティを削除してしまうパターンと、不要な属性のブラックリストを（レイヤごとにつくって）適用させるパターンができたりするともっと便利だと思いますが、いかがでしょうか？？？
