To Reproduce
What steps did you take when the issue occurred?

  1. Installed Ubuntu 20.04
  2. Installed CyberPanel
  3. Changed design theme
  4. Turned on firewall and moved SSH port and imported a bunch of websites

Expected behavior
I should be able to load /base/versionManagment and /base/design

Screenshots
If applicable, add screenshots to help explain your problem.

Operating system:
Ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS

CyberPanel version:
2.3.9

Additional context
Basically, I did a fresh install because the upgrade broke the last one. And after importing my websites I find that the design and versionmanagement pages don't work and give a 500 error. I disabled modsecurity and firewall stuff and it still doesn't work. But every time I go to cyberpanel.tld:port/base/design I get 500 error
