Boxer interprets most (all?) prepositions as binary relations. The relation is not disambiguated and in fact its symbol is just the preposition itself. With some basic disambiguation of preposition (see e.g. The Preposition Project) we can extract semantic relations from prepositions, e.g. location from "in " or "on" and so on.
