It would be great if we could specify a script to only be ran manually. Alternatively, allow AECU to run scripts outside of the default install hook paths.

You can just run a script manually by opening groovyconsole and pasting the script. Or do you forsee something else?
And in the UI you can also just select any folder to execute scripts:
We would like to avoid using the groovy console directly.
Say I have a folder of "manual" scripts located at /conf/groovyconsole/scripts/manual, when I "search" that folder (which is outside of /conf/groovyconsole/scripts/aecu or /apps/aecu-scripts) none of the scripts in that folder will show on the right.
