Export doesn't observe filters #759

Thank you again for this website!

Repro for the issue:

Start a blank / default https://instances.vantage.sh/ in an incognito window
Filter by instance memory: 8
Filter by vCPUs: 2
Click "Export"

The resulting CSV includes instance types that don't match the filters.

This was a longstanding issue but should have been resolved by cd04c12
