Example:

struct A {}
var a = new A[];
alias(a, null);

gives an error, whereas

struct A {}
A[] a = new A[];
alias(a, null);

does not give an error.

Expected behavior: var a = new A[]; should be syntactic sugar for A[] a = new A[];.
