Enhanced CellPhoneDB Visualization in Python

Dear CellPhoneDB Team,

I hope this message finds you well. My name is Zehua Zeng, and I am a part of the development team for OmicVerse, a community-driven platform focused on enhancing data visualization of single-cell genomics in Python.

We have recently integrated and improved the visualization capabilities of CellPhoneDB within OmicVerse. Our new features offer a more intuitive and aesthetically pleasing representation of the interaction data provided by CellPhoneDB。

We were inspired by the visualization examples and recommendations on the CellPhoneDB website, and have incorporated advanced tools such as pycomplexheatmap and networkx, along with bespoke solutions tailored specifically for our platform.

Given these enhancements, we believe that OmicVerse can significantly enrich the user experience for CellPhoneDB users. We are eager to know if you have any additional suggestions or feedback that could further refine our implementation.
