No relevent interactions file

Hi! I noticed that my output doesn’t include a relevant interactions file. Does this indicate an issue with the analysis, or could it simply mean that there are no significant interactions in my dataset?

Hi @RunyuXia,

Could you clarify which method you're using for the analysis? The relevant_interactions.csv file is generated only when using Method 3 degs_analysis. If you're using a different method, it won't produce this file.

Therefore this should indicate that no relevant interactions could be found according to the relevancy criteria. I would also suggest to double-check the input formats, you can find the example files here.
