Title Translation Method option

What are you trying to do?

We have a large multi site in development right now. We use the site groups to group sites that will get almost the same content but a different locale.
Right now, when you override the Title for a node, we have to do that change on all sites in that group, which will be a time consuming thing.
So when you override for example the title of an entry on site en, we also have to change it on en-ZA, en-HK, etc, cause they should be the same as they have the same site group.

What's your proposed solution?

Like on entries, can we get the setting how the Title field is translated (none, site, group, language, custom)?
Or maybe it should follow the Title Translation Method of the selected item?

Related to #230 and we'd probably introduce a navigation-specific setting about how to handle the title.

That would be great to have, if possible within a month would be perfect for our project 🤞 , but no pressure of course 😄
