Hello, could you please guide me step-by-step on how to apply this icon pack in Windows 11 so that it replaces all default icons, including those in the taskbar and other system icons, similar to how it can be applied in GNOME?
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This theme only works for Linux, not support Windows
