prf tutorial mrvista

Hi everyone,
i m new with vistasoft and i really would love to learn it.
i m mostly interested in prf analysis and apply it to non visual stimuli.
I'm following the tutorial at the moment and i have an error using reshape, during the set parameters step... however, i see a warning during running mrvista 3... and i think the error can be a consequence of it.
here is the error. any help and guidance on this analysis is very appreciated

In mrVista (line 95)
Warning: [niftiSet] Qto matrix defines an origin very far away from the isocenter.
This implies that the Qto matrix may be bad - please check qto_ijk. An automatic fix will be attempted.
Origin to the image center is at [90.500,108.500,90.500] pix.
