Transfer ownership of the repo.
Restructure the scripts - make it easy to run VIVO 10, or VIVO develop with Transience.
Clean up the scripts so non-transience doesn't include a bunch of unnecessary things.
Prepare to re-write the TransientSearchIndex for Auto-complete and Highlighting.

If it exists, capture the output/logs directory on failure.
Create the mechanism to insert files in the home directory or context.
