Describe the bug

HCIBench User Guide link refers to https://github.com/vmware-labs/hci-benchmark-appliance/blob/main/HCIBench_User_Guide_2.8.1.pdf, however, the document is not there.

404 - page not found

Reproduction steps

Just try to click the link of the Documentation in page https://github.com/vmware-labs/hci-benchmark-appliance

Or go directly to https://github.com/vmware-labs/hci-benchmark-appliance/blob/main/HCIBench_User_Guide_2.8.1.pdf

Expected behavior

Documentation (User Guide) should be downloadable.
