Expected behaviour

If dracut-uefi is installed only the 20-dracut-uefi hook should be run

Actual behaviour

If dracut-uefi is installed both the 20-initramfs (from the dracut dependency) and 20-dracut-uefi hooks are being run.

Steps to reproduce

1. install dracut-uefi
2. enable dracut-uefi in /etc/default/
3. run xbps-reconfigure -fa
