Error in task list and Kan board #464

When adding tasks in "task list" they are added but when I switch to "Kanban board" and back it is not there, I have to refresh the page to make it fixed, the same when I add tasks to "Kanban board" board and go to task list when I go back to "Kanban board" board does not appear I have to refresh the page again for the task to be fixed...
