When I call up the link (https://timetravel.mementoweb.org/list/2010/https://www.bund.net/service/presse/pressemitteilungen/detail/) I get the message 502 „Bad Gateway„

Webrecorder don't maintain the Memento service on a day-to-day basis. Perhaps try the Memento-DEV mailing list: https://groups.google.com/g/memento-dev
