目前分块是16MB，若在HDD环境下会导致频繁寻道，效率急剧下降(100%占用率，总速度20MB/s）。希望可以自定义分块的大小

HDD接收，还是HDD发送给手机

HDD发送。已经排查过不是磁盘碎片的问题
