Hi! I read your readme and I have a few questions about monetizing model.

  1. I understand there are going to be advertisements. How can we make a network in which it's not possible to not avoid advertisement? Are we going to trust that not many people are going to use a fork with adblocking?
  2. Would it be possible in this network to distribute "high quality content" like movies and have users paying for them?
  3. There was talk about server providers recieving automatic payments from system. Is "server provider" just an user with lot of bandwidth + storage? Can users choose between paying for service / using p2p?
  4. Is this "mediacoin" going to be it's own crptocurrency? (that can be eventually bought with real money)
