New updated forks of Vxkex that may help to keep vital ecological support for windows 7 os 32 bits please ! #1068

VxKex's approach to expanding Windows 7's functionality was a band-aid solution anyway and was never meant to be a extended kernel, people just started calling it that for some reason. To my knowledge, as of now, the only real extended kernel in development is from dotexe1337 (http://www.dotexe.cf/extended/). Sadly, for some reason, news and progress of the project are essentially locked behind joining his discord (which is not even advertised on his page). Last update on his page is from January this year, close to being a year ago. Even though there has been progress, you wouldn't know and assume it's a dead project just by looking at his website. He's comically bad at PR. Aside, why did you create an issue about this inside of the Supermium repo? If anything, shouldn't this be for the discussion tab? |
@ZepopaOwleMukasa Thank you so much for sharing this important information! 💯 🥇 i click on the link : http://www.dotexe.cf/extended/ but Cira dns blocks the link telling me it's a dangerous site so unfortunately I can't access it.....we hope this real extended kernel project will be relaunched and updated because it seems to be a capital project! i also found thi tool windows 7 os improve usuablility 32 bits but to use with caution, be careful because it can break the system if you don't know what to do : https://github.com/winrevive/win7-sp2 |
and my suggestion is not o put in discussion, because my suggestion is capital and change whole developement of softwares, developer may develop his software taking into account windows 7 users have installed vxkex, i like vxkex because it is light and does not interfere with the os, i think it is a good thing it does not change the kernel system |
It's possible that CIRA's DNS blocks the page as it's not served via https but http. You could bypass this using an archived link instead: https://web.archive.org/web/20241006001741/https://www.dotexe.cf/extended/ |
@ZepopaOwleMukasa Great ! i will explore this revolutionary project with pleasure ! Huge thank's :) 💯 🥇 |
@ZepopaOwleMukasa this the same project ? |
Yes I think so, it's terribly out of date and useless though. By the way, I found the discord I mentioned: If you have a discord account you can join. I tried, but when creating a account it instantly get's flagged as suspicious and locked. |
@ZepopaOwleMukasa Interesting ! Thank's so much ! 💯 sadly my old eee pc is too weak to use discord....really this project looks very interesting, we hope Mr @dotexe1337 will make come back ! |
Hello, the great project Vxkex that allows windows 7 os to use windows 10/11 os softwares has been removed from github, some say microsoft fears this project so they banned it from github,....
So today I find new rare projects of Vxkex that add updates features, fix bugs, add support for new softwares to windows 7 os !! may be these new updated forks can help the great Supermium to keep vital ecological support of our windows 7 os 32 bits please !
and obviously I think wndows 7 os users will be happy to install Vxkex which is very easy to use and without risk for the os! Thank's !
