Invent convenient types for referencing ReporterOptions' nested properties

Currently, it's hard to type separately options.testCase.description , etc.

I have to use clumsy constructs like:

  | TestCaseExtractorContext

    return $.markdown2html(result.description);
  };

Isn't that too much? 🤔
