Puts all the repeated fields in one column on export

I have a client that needed this use case for their site, and on the surface it worked perfectly!

But they export the results since they are collecting multiple fields for each repeat to retrieve addresses for mailing. When exported to CSV it dumps all of the fields into one field on the spreadsheet, so I'm guessing it's similar in the database.

Is there a way around that or does that have to work this way in order for the repeater to work?
