App Crashes When Custom Homepage Domain is Set and All Tabs Are Closed

~Description:
When the homepage domain is changed to a custom site in the settings and all tabs are closed, the app crashes upon reopening.

~Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the browser settings.
2.Change the homepage domain to a custom site.
3.Close all open tabs and then the app crashes.
4.Reopen the browser and on closing all tabs the same issue arises.

~Expected Result:
The browser should close all the tabs without crashing.

~Actual Result:
The app crashes upon reopening after all tabs have been closed, despite setting the custom homepage domain.
