Description:
When accessing any extension directly from the browser's homepage, the extension's content cannot be scrolled in one specific direction (horizontal or vertical), limiting navigation and usability.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open the browser homepage.
2.Access any installed extension from the homepage.
3.Attempt to scroll through the content of the extension in both directions.

Expected Result:
Extensions should allow smooth scrolling in both directions when accessed from the homepage.

Actual Result:
Scrolling in one direction (horizontal or vertical) is restricted, making it difficult to navigate the extension content.
