When I click 'Move to Other,' two tabs open in single browser window.

Description:
When I click 'Move to Other,' two tabs open in the browser. Additionally, when I search for something, the 'search bar' does not appear.

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Open the browser homepage.
2. Open multiple tabs
3. Click on three dots on bottom right.
4. Different options will be available click on move to other.

Expected Result:
Tabs should be open separately.

Actual Result:
Tabs are opening in same window

@AnujKumarKushwaha795 need more info on this issue (all devices are not affected contrary to what you have mentioned in the issue description). test this on multiple devices and provide ways to recreate it. cc: @pandey019
