Describe the current behavior in detail

Reproducible on https://preview.portalbridge.com/213cd04375/.
Checked with iPhone 11 Pro, iOS version 17.6.1.

Steps:

  1. Open https://preview.portalbridge.com/213cd04375/ on mobile
  2. Prepare to send 0.001 APT from Aptos (Apple) to Ethereum (MetaMask via WalletConnect)
  3. Click on "Review" button
  4. Click on "Confirm" button

Actual result: Transaction fails.
Expected result: Notification to confirm transaction is displayed.
