If anyone is interested in taking this on as a paid project please contact me as we invested alot of time in building our service around this plugin only for it to be dropped by WPMU Dev.
Current issues:
If using the default Order Form on WHMCS 7 the sub-site gets created in Wordpress but the details fail to update in WHMCS so the sub-site doesn't get assigned a ProSites level and WHMCS reports an error saying it couldn't create a site at all.
If you use an older Order Form in WHMCS 7 that isn't the default order form the plugin half works. It will create the site correctly in Wordpress and assign the correct ProSites level but it will report an incorrect/totally random sub-domain site path in WHMCS so auto billing, suspension, terminate commands do not work at all.
