Add the subscription workflow status when exporting an application

-Steps to Reproduce

Enable workflow approval extension for the subscription creation
Subscribe to an API using an application
Approve from admin portal
Export the application

Subscription status is not available in the application.yml

Solution

Add the query param to CTL side and do a patch release for CTL
Add improvements to support workflow status when importing
