通过指定参数 --asyn，支持单地域并发上传文件
理由：文件如果很多的，就是小水管，太慢了
写一些日志：
文件名：时间戳
内容：
首行：需要上传的地区
上传的过程日志：打印的日志信息

如果失败了：末行告诉用户剩余那些地区没有上传到
