Feature Request: Check if GitHub Repository of Associated Language Dependency is Archived

What would you like to be added:

A check that determines if the GitHub repository of a language dependency (like a PyPI package) is archived. Starting with Go modules would be relatively straightforward.

Why is this needed:

It's another type of "EOL" that is not necessarily (not at all?) covered by the data in endoflife.date.

Any appetite for such a feature?
