I tried to run the test.py but I get this error.. tried old models also the new and the same thing..
I am using Pytorch, Anaconda3 and has last CUDA installed all latest versions..

Sorry for the late reply,

If you use this ESRGAN repo, you need to download from https://drive.google.com/drive/u/0/folders/17VYV_SoZZesU6mbxz2dMAIccSSlqLecY

I think the RRDB_ESRGAN_x4.pth model should be OK.

(For pretrained models with 'params' are the latest models for BasicSR repo).
