Add add_if/define_if and add_at/define_at type of funcs

summarise_if summarise_all type of function in mmetrics::define(), which applies the same function as long as the variables satisfy certain criteria, such as if is.numeric(var) == TRUE, the pre-defined metrics fun could be applied to all those vars?
