Feature Request: Let StorageClass automatically create paths based on namespace and name (and offer them to stay even if the PVC is deleted)

Hi there,

thank you for this awesome csi provider for S3! I was just able to get the static provisioning working, which is awesome!
It would be great to have more automated support for static provisioning inside StorageClass. I am envisioning the following:

• have an option to use namespace + name instead of id as the prefix
• have an option not to delete the S3 files when the PVC is deleted

So like static manual provisioning, but automated thanks to namespace and name of the PVC.
