Hi! I tried your project and also met the same issue as hustvl/GaussianDreamer#33, got a collapse result and the video was pure black, but the shap-e shape.gif and shape.ply were all fine.
I did not find any useful solution for the original issue, so do you have any experience solving it? I would highly appreciate it.
