CDRIVER-68 add option to allow connecting to secondary

Hi,

Im new to using Mongodb, and it's been a while since I've used Git. I just would like to install the C Driver for Mongodb on my unix machine, and was wondering if I can be granted permission to pull. Any quick, helpful hints would be much appreciated as well.

Kevin, I meant to comment here but it looks like I commented on the commit instead. Would you take a look and either fix this up or close it?

Hi Paul,

Thank you very much for the comment. I ended up installing the driver on my
linux laptop, and am looking forward to getting started with programming in
C for MongoDb. I will make sure to close it soon.
