Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/A3Brothers/php-custom-framework.git

Run composer install:
composer install

Copy the .env.example file:
cp .env.example .env

Open the .env file and fill in the necessary database information.

Run the PHP local server using the custom CLI script:
php artisan serve 8000

Access your application in a web browser at
http://localhost:8000(or a different port if specified).
