About

This is a volunteer management system. The whole idea is to track and manage the activities of all coordinators / volunteer across all polling booths, polling stations, wards, assembly constituencies, districts and state etc.

History

Origonally this is built for loksabha elections in Bangalore. What we have now is v2 of that system.

Hiearchy

  • polling booths
  • polling stations

  • state

Volunteers / Coordinators

The volunteers at bottom level and coordinators at all the levels of hiearchy.

A person who is a volunteer/coordinator at a level should be able to do the following

  • access the people below his level
  • ability to notify people below them via emails / SMS etc.
  • finding booth volunteers on the day of elections
  • see progress of number of volunteers at each level.
  • identify which district is doing better, which one requires more focus etc
