This simply uses docfx to setup a github page to host API documentation. I copy pasted the current readme into the main index of the hosted page, so there's no new documentation or organization here so far, other than the API pages auto generated from the XML docs. Testing version can be seen at https://alwaysintreble.github.io/Archipelago.MultiClient.Net/index.html
