Modules to download assemblies and annotate schemas

This release adds two modules: the DownloadAssemblies module to download genome assemblies from the NCBI and the ENA661k dataset and the SchemaAnnotation module to annotate wg/cgMLST schemas.

Initial development

This release includes a collection of scripts to help create, annotate and curate whole-genome multilocus sequence typing (wgMLST) schemas created with chewBBACA.
