Create initial 1U revision (#7)

* Started 1U Solar Panels Design

Begun to start on the 1U design.

* Schematic Finished for 1U Panel

Title

* August 20th Changes

Finished setting up the PCB board (haven't started the PCB board yet)

* Finished initial draft of the 1U

Finished routing initial 1U draft to be reviewed by Parker and structural.

* Reorganize 1U panels
