When an opponent is defeated because they lost all structures (short game is on), some my structures also explode #20

Case 1.
I as a NOD player captured stealth generator of the AI opponent (NOD). Once it lost all structures, this generator is exploded.

Case 2.
I as a NOD player build an MCV and deployed near an enemy base (NOD). There I built stealth generator and Tiberium Waste Facility. Once the opponent lost, the generator and the facility exploded.

Skirmish settings for both cases:

For case 1 the generator could be destroyed due to collateral damage of the exploding units. Here is an example of exploding units and damage dealt to nearby structures.

Harvester was one cell away from Power Plant, yet the plant still exploded. Radar was also one cell away and took half damage. But still, I have no clue what happened in case 2. Couldn't be stealth units.

It's normal for harvesters filled with blue tiberium to deal a lot of damage to the surrounding cells.
Is this not also what happened in Case 2?

In case 2 all enemy units including harvesters already left that base (all but one structure were sold and all units were sent to attack), then that last structure got destroyed/sold and then my generator and facility exploded.

I started to think it could be weed eaters, but my test showed full eater does not damage enough to explode facility or generator. If I encounter this issue again, I will provide video.
