An attempt to write tests for Does not catch some initial page load cases #62
It does not scroll (tests fail), but I'm not sure that they are conclusive
Also kickstarted the refactoring effort to fix this issue

- Better name for given code

- Currently failing, because there is a bug on initial render - Hopefully they are conclusive
