This looks amazing. Can we clean up the notebook a bit so it only plots Antarctica and Greenland once and move the seam-boundary issue to maybe an issue on the ATL1415 package? I think for intro folks, the smaller and easier the notebook, the better (and the seam thing is certainly an "expert user" issue that impacts one row and one column of pixels).
